I really enjoy the Harry Potter books and have read them all a number of times. Oh yes, I like that part too! The first books are lovely as you begin to find out about all the amazing characters in the books.
My favourite books are the Order of the phoenix and the Half blood prince.
Let me know how you get on!

The book I’ve enjoyed reading is called GOBLINS by Philip Reeve. I’m part way through the second book of the trilogy: GOBLINS VS DWARVES and I’m looking forward to reading the third book of the trilogy: GOBLIN QUEST. They are books about adventures and the unlikeliest friendship of five humans and a lot of goblins! And of course, three grumpy trolls.πŸ“—

I've just had a look to see what the books are about, they sound very exciting and lots of outstanding vocabulary to be Magpied!

The heroes of GOBLINS continue their adventures outside the walls of Clovenstone castle. Awaiting Skarper and Henwyn are powerful dark forces that must be vanquished, monstrous creatures to be fought, and astonishing mysteries to be solved.

I wonder if any one else at St. Julie's are reading these?

Gangsta Granny is a good book, I borrowed it from my niece a few years ago for world book day. That's what I like about books, they paint a picture in your head. Something we try to do in our own writing in school.
