Random Acts of Kindness

Kindness is:

•being friendly, generous and considerate of others;
•showing good will to others;
•being concerned when others are upset or worried;
•helping people when they need you;
•doing something nice for someone else, without expecting anything in return.
 

Scientific Research – The Facts!

Research shows that helping others can be beneficial to our own mental health. It can reduce stress, improve our emotional wellbeing and even benefit our physical health.  So let’s start being kind to others today…

AW texted lots of children in the class with kind messages.
Someone played with me, when I was on my own.
LR was really funny and he made me laugh.
CJ helped me with my graph in class.
I gave my mum a hug.
