This academic year, we are introducing the new Religious Education Directory Curriculum, 'To Know You More Clearly' in R and KS1.The programme will be introduced to all other year groups by September 2025 as directed by the Archdiocese of Liverpool. It will be introduced to classes over the following timescale:

• Autumn 2023 Reception
• Spring 2024 Year 1
• Summer 2024 Year 2
• School year 2024/25 KS2

Autumn

• Creation and Covenant
• Prophecy and Promise

Spring

• From Galilee to Jerusalem
• From Desert to Garden

Summer

• To the Ends of the Earth
• Dialogue and Encounter

As part of our RE work we also look at the faiths of Judaism and Sihkism, together with other events throughout the year such as Remembrance Day.
