Stakeholder Voice
At St Julie's, we value the views of pupils, parents, staff and governors. Their feedback helps us celebrate strengths, identify areas for development and ensure that our Catholic mission remains at the heart of all we do. Through surveys, consultation, pupil voice activities, meetings and leadership opportunities, we actively seek the views of our stakeholders and use their feedback to shape school improvement. This page highlights how we listen, respond and work together as a faith-filled community to ensure every child flourishes academically, spiritually and personally.

How We Use Feedback
At St Julie's, stakeholder feedback is not simply collected; it is used to inform decision-making and school development. By listening carefully to our community, we can celebrate what is working well and identify opportunities to further strengthen Catholic Life, Prayer and Liturgy, Religious Education and the overall experiences of our pupils.
